Fear Monger

Imposter syndrome affects everyone – and what we fail to see is critical in understanding how and why we are not imposters. This is critical for men – who experience imposter syndrome differently. We feel shame, embarrassment and self-doubt – and we internalize this in a way that triggers a fear of being exposed as an imposter and a failure. So, we don’t make the attempt. We, at times, lack the emotional resilience necessary to push forward. And, in not trying, we miss the opportunity (in many cases) to learn something entirely new. The negative voices in our head lead us astray. In this cycle, we build and live in a prison of our own making. This course shatters that cycle.
